SacredAtoZ Terms of Use

NOTICE: YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT FUTURE CHANGES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY ARBITRATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS, YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

You must be at least 13 years old to monetize on SacredAtoZ but if you are under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must agree to the Monetized Contents Agreement (MCA) for you. The parent or guardian will need to provide their full legal name and tax information, as the payouts will ultimately be associated with their account.

Summary

SacredAtoZ is a platform for connecting, sharing, and engaging with creative content. You are responsible for maintaining a personal account and securing your credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access immediately to hello@sacredatoz.com.

Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SacredAtoZ, Inc. By accessing or using SacredAtoZ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any posted guidelines or rules. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

Eligibility & Age

Users must be at least 13 years old or the legal minimum in their jurisdiction. Users under the legal age require parental or guardian consent. Parents are responsible for supervision. Users under 18 may browse content but may not post, upload, or monetize content.

Content creators must be 18 or older. SacredAtoZ may require age verification. Accounts violating age rules may be restricted or terminated. False information may result in suspension or permanent removal.

User Representations

By using SacredAtoZ, you represent that:

Your registration information is accurate, complete, and current.
You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You are at least 13 or have parental consent; you are at least 18 if creating content.
You will not use bots, scripts, or automation to access the Site.
You will respect the rights of other users and third parties.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate account info. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Notify SacredAtoZ immediately of unauthorized access at hello@sacredatoz.com. SacredAtoZ may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or suspicious activity.

User Content

Users may post, share, or upload content (“User Content”). By submitting content, you grant SacredAtoZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes. Users retain ownership.

Content must be original or properly licensed.
Content must not violate third-party rights.
Content must be lawful, safe, and non-offensive.
Content must be free from malware or harmful code.

SacredAtoZ may remove or restrict content violating Terms or deemed inappropriate.

Proactive Moderation & Illegal Content

SacredAtoZ monitors content and user activity. Users are prohibited from:

Uploading illegal content.
Harassment, threats, or hate speech.
Promoting unsafe or illegal behavior.
Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities.

Prohibited Activities

Data scraping or unauthorized automation.
Impersonation or false information.
Malicious software, spam, or disruptive content.
Harassment or discriminatory behavior.
Commercial use without authorization.
Bypassing security or exploiting vulnerabilities.
Violating applicable laws or regulations.

Mobile Apps, Open Source, & Third-Party Services

Mobile applications are licensed for personal use only. Open source software included in SacredAtoZ is subject to separate licenses. Third-party services may be integrated; use is subject to their terms. SacredAtoZ is not responsible for third-party content or services.

Submissions & Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback submitted to SacredAtoZ become the exclusive property of SacredAtoZ and may be used without obligation or compensation.

Advertisers & Third-Party Content

SacredAtoZ provides advertising space but assumes no responsibility for third-party ads or services. Users interact with advertisers at their own risk.

Privacy, Cookies & Community Guidelines

Our Privacy Policy governs collection and use of personal data, including data from minors with parental consent. Cookies are detailed in our Cookie Policy. Users must adhere to our Community Guidelines.

Copyright & Content Deletion

If you believe your copyright is violated, submit a DMCA-compliant notice to support@sacredatoz.com. False claims may incur liability. Deleted accounts will have content removed using reasonable efforts per applicable law and the Privacy Policy. See Copyright Information.

Termination & Updates

SacredAtoZ may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for policy violations, illegal activity, or conduct harmful to the community. Terms may be updated at any time; continued use indicates acceptance.

Legal & Professional Clauses

Governing Law: New York State laws govern these Terms. Legal actions must be filed in Suffolk County courts. Users consent to venue.

Arbitration: Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules, except for small claims. No class actions.

Limitation of Liability: SacredAtoZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Users indemnify SacredAtoZ for claims arising from violations.

Severability, Force Majeure, No Waiver, Assignment, Relationship, Entire Agreement, Survival, Language, Notices: Standard professional clauses apply to maintain enforceability.

User Data & Electronic Communications

Users must maintain accurate data. SacredAtoZ is not liable for loss or unauthorized access. Electronic communications satisfy legal notice requirements.

California Users & Residents

Creator Monetization & Content Guidelines

Creators must be 18+. Revenue comes from subscriptions, tips, or other features. Accurate payment information is required. SacredAtoZ may withhold payments for policy violations. Content must comply with laws and SacredAtoZ standards, including prohibitions on illegal material, harassment, hate speech, explicit content (unless age-restricted), IP infringement, malware, and spam.

SacredAtoZ moderates creator content; violations may lead to warnings, removal, suspension, or termination. Creators are responsible for audience interactions and maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Policies may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
